Last week I ended my full week of eye treatment procedures. The medical eye/retina doctors say my Retinitis Pigmentosa leads to blindness, but I say as long as I stay prayerful and proactive with my health responsibilities then I’ll be fine.
I thank my medical eye doctor, Dr. Bass aka lady sergeant, who diagnosed me some years ago.
I thank my late beloved big, Lil’ brother friend Shawn C. Wright for noticing me bumping into shit, why I couldn’t see with no peripheral, whenever we hung somewhere.
I thank Donna Knight for suggesting to me to do something about the diagnosis instead of sitting still about it.
I want to thank my alternative, Dr. Andy Rosenfarb with his assistants Coleen Gray Hay and Karen Ditko, at AcupunctureHealth.net. Thank you, Regina Hall, for making that very first appointment with Doctor R. Thank you, Paula Katsikas, Joseph Mazzaferro Jr. aka The Mazz, Troy Hughes, and Taysha Brinson for the 2020 eye care love.
This past week I was rockin’ with Doctor R. and his Chinese medicines, acupuncture, accuvision, laser life light, treatments, medications, supplements, vitamins, Cannavision (Yay, Cannabis!), and his overall motivational, inspirational conversations, talks, and emails regarding eye health, exercise, the right foods to eat, your state of mind, and staying positive and uplifted while not stressing a lot.
There’s no doubt in my mind that if I stay proactive and prayerful then my RP will be stalled and slowed down to offset any progression of any more sight loss until they find a cure for this wacky eye disease.
To all my friends, family, and people with impaired vision, remember as we deal with things, we ALWAYS will have inner visions within all of us regardless of anything. “INNERVISIONS”
